   Republic Day is the first historical step towards the statehood of our country. On October 25, 1990, the Supreme Soviet of the Kazakh SSR adopted the first legal document of independent Kazakhstan - the declaration of sovereignty of the Republic and proclaimed the political and legal basis of Kazakhstan as an independent state. The main principles of sovereign statehood are: a single state, the integrity, indivisibility and inviolability of the territory, the revival and development of the original culture, traditions, language of the Kazakh people and other peoples of Kazakhstan, the strengthening of national identity. Dear faculty and young scientists!

    International Open Science Week is held annually worldwide during the last week of October and is also known as open access week. During this period, organizations organize various events-webinars, round tables and other types of interaction, contributing to the free exchange of knowledge between scientists.
   In 2025, the theme of the event is "Who owns our knowledge?".
As part of the international week of Open Science, Taraz University named after M. H. Dulati will organize several events from October 20 to 26, 2025 aimed at promoting open access to scientific knowledge and encouraging free communication of scientists.
