Dear faculty members,
young researchers and students!

We inform you that in 2026, our university has been granted access to the Scientific Electronic Library eLIBRARY.RU, the largest Russian information and analytical portal in the fields of science, technology, medicine, and education.

         The library contains abstracts and full texts of more than 38 million scientific and technical publications and patents, including electronic versions of over 5,600 Russian scientific and technical journals, more than 4,800 of which are available in free open access.

      Here you can ознакомиться with scientific journals relevant to the university’s profile: engineering sciences, information technologies, chemical and food industries, and others (33 titles).

        To access the subscribed eLIBRARY.RU resources, each user must complete individual registration on the website of the Scientific Electronic Library.  The instruction is available at the following link: https://support.elibrary.ru/KnowledgeBase/Category/63

          After logging in with your personal credentials, a screenshot banner with information about available publications will appear in the lower right corner of the main page. By clicking on it, you will be redirected to the list of subscribed publications:

        You can download the full text of publications, save them to your computer, send them by email, and print them for educational purposes.
        The number of downloads is limited to no more than 40 publications per day.

   We inform you that in 2026 access has been provided to EBSCO’s  Academic Search Premier and eBook Academic Collection databases.
    Academic Search Premier is a multidisciplinary database of full-text journals, reference materials and books, conference proceedings, and other publications.
   The database includes 6,548 full-text scholarly journals, 357 books and monographs, 44 conference proceedings, and more than 300 other publications.
   In total, the database indexes over 19,710 scholarly publications from more than 6,350 publishers across 127 countries worldwide.
   The scientific publications cover more than 1,900 subject areas in the fields of natural sciences, humanities, social sciences, engineering, and medical sciences.
   eBook Academic Collection offers a large selection of interdisciplinary eBooks covering a wide range of academic subjects.This package includes more than 237,000 electronic books covering a wide range of fields of knowledge, including publications from leading university presses such as Oxford University Press, MIT Press, State University of New York Press, Cambridge University Press, University of California Press, McGill-Queen’s University Press, Harvard University Press, and many others.
   Among other academic publishers are Elsevier Ltd, Ashgate Publishing Ltd, Taylor & Francis Ltd, SAGE Publications Ltd, and John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
In addition to English-language publications, the collection also includes books in 75 world languages (a total of 692 publishers).
   Here you can find literature on law, economics and business, social sciences, history, education, and more.
   The coverage of electronic books spans from 1963 to the present day.

   We invite you to the “Information Days”, organized by the staff of Reading Room No. 5 of the Library and Information Center.
   The event will be held from February 2 to February 6, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., for the Faculty of Philology and Humanities and the departments of Kazakh Language and Literature, Russian Language and Literature, and World Languages.
