Dear Readers,
The Constitution is the fundamental law of the state, a special normative legal act with the highest legal authority. It defines the foundations of the political, legal, and economic systems of the state. On August 30, 1995, a new draft of the Constitution was adopted through a nationwide referendum. The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan is a powerful factor in uniting society on the path to modernization, strengthening democratic institutions, and improving the well-being of citizens. Every year, this day is celebrated in the country as one of the main national holidays. The Library and Information Center presents to your attention a virtual book exhibition titled «Ата заң – тәуелсіз ел тұғыры!».
