      The library and Information Center has provided its users with the "mobile library" service.

   In the 2021 academic year, a modern open library is being organized in the" OREP space " format, where free communication and service technologies are being modernized, which stimulate the creative activity of young people.

During the modernization, to arouse the interest of readers, the location of each book and the color of the tables were given importance, and puffs were placed separately from the chairs. 2024 year

   Since September 2024, Taraz regional university named after M. H. Dulati has been divided into two independent universities: the Non – Commercial Joint Stock Company" Taraz University named after M. H. Dulati "(hereinafter – Taru) and the Non-Commercial Joint Stock Company" Kazakh National University of water management and irrigation " (hereinafter-Kazsshzhiu).
  The library of the Kazakh National University of water management and irrigation (Kazussiu) has allocated a library fund of 325,482 copies. In addition, the fund of periodicals – 63 sets, doctoral, candidate, PhD - 151 scientific works of teaching staff, 12271 electronic resources of the Electronic Library Fund of the CAO-IK were transferred to the library.

   In 2024, a total of 140 information events were organized and 7113 people took part.

2025 year

   For the effective use of library resources by the reader and for direct work with all service capabilities, work was carried out on the seamless integration of the library automation system "IRBIS-64+" with the Platonus portal of the University. -12750 readers were included in the" reader " module.
   In December 2025, RFID technology was purchased and put into operation in the Reading Room No. 2 (technological complex) of the library and Information Center.
  The use of RFID technology (Radio Frequency Identification), which significantly increases the quality and speed of library services.
   To date, RFID identification marks have been installed for automated transmission and reception of 30,717 copies of books in the Open Access Fund. The installation of identification marks on all books in the Reading Room Fund will be included in the annual plan, and the corresponding internal work will be carried out in stages.
   This technology has a number of advantages and allows you to combine traditional learning values with modern digital capabilities.
   The system allows you to quickly conduct an inventory, find lost or improperly placed publications, as well as track the movement of each book.
  This significantly reduces the risk of losses and errors when keeping records. The system also increases the level of security. Anti-theft functions prevent unauthorized removal of books, do not cause any inconvenience to readers.

The Nazarbayev University Library, together with the Association of university libraries of the Republic of Kazakhstan, organized the Eurasian academic library training for library staff and information science specialists in December 2025 on the topic "development of the leadership potential of a librarian in the role of a strategist".
    Specialists of the library and Information Center of Dulati University zh. Saulebayeva and G. Daurenbaeva took part in this training. 
  14 training trainings, webinars were held for teachers, undergraduates and doctoral students to work with the citation database on the publication activity of authors.  More than 100 consultations and assistance were provided on determining the Hirsch index, correcting the author's profile.
   CAO employees conducted an advanced training course for teaching staff and researchers (33 people) "electronic resources and scientometric tools in modern educational and scientific activities" (24 hours).
   In order to support the scientific and educational process, to strengthen the relationship between the Departments of the faculty and the library, to familiarize with the library fund and electronic resources on the EP, and to introduce new literature received in the library, to promote ways to use the resources of electronic libraries, to date, 256 information and public events are held, of which 132 are informative (6760 participants), (library and bibliographic lesson - 20, days of the Department-56, days of Information-40, - Excursions for students of the 6th and 1st courses–10, 124 public events (6944 participants) were organized in Season Tickets and reading rooms, 51 book exhibitions, 11 virtual exhibitions dedicated to the anniversary and significant days of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

  December 16 is the day of Independence, when the dream of our ancestors came true and brought our creation to a new level. Independence is a powerful word whose symbol lies in the stone, and whose blood lies in the roots of the Black Earth.
  On December 15, 2025, the library and Information Center and students of the educational programs "journalism and philology", "Information Systems" held an evening in memory of the victims of December "Zheltoksan zheltoksan" in the reading room.

2026 year

   The Republican campaign" one country – one book-2026 " is an important cultural project aimed at promoting the spiritual heritage of our country, forming a culture of reading books.
As part of the campaign, works of prominent representatives of Kazakh literature are annually selected and widely presented to the public.
   As part of this campaign, the novel "Fate" by people's writer Kabdesh Zhumadilov was chosen as the book of the year.
In 2026, access to EBSCO's Academic Search Premier and ebook Academic Collection databases was granted.
  Academic Search Premier is a collection of multidisciplinary full-text journals, reference books and books, conference collections and other publications.
   Scientific base publications cover more than 1900 subject areas in the field of Natural Sciences, Humanities, Social, technical and Medical Sciences.
